*the best thing in the world is....the toronto public library!*

I have so many books checked out. Gotta return a few tomorrow that I am finished. I'm almost done that Christian Jacq novel and I just got another one today. Tad Williams' Otherworld...I *think* someone recommended it to me but I'm not sure. I may have imagined the whole thing. I also have a Teach Yourself book--Ecology! I love their line of books. And my textbook didn't come in yet today, it's the text for my ENV234 (Environmental Biology) class. Yeah I'm a bit keen, back off! I browsed through that screen writer book but I think I'm going to stick with writing my novel for now. I have the basic plot thought out and I think it is going to be good--big--but good. This might take a trilogy or something. When I have a story, it's a big story in its own universe. I'm not going to tell you about it though. It's just the way I am. Anyway, so that's where I was today--the library with Rob. He got his books in too. We also went to Yonge and Eg to the game shops again and he returned Timesplitter 2-he didn't like it. Too negative. So he got Star Wars Rogue Squadron III instead. MUCH better. :p We had tea together and a long chat at the Tim Hortons. Best tradition in the world.

Today was one of those dark, dreary, cool, rainy days that I JUST LOVE!! I love days like this! I don't know why. It's just the sort of day that is perfect to recline on the couch with a cup of warm tea to contradict the chilly and windy weather outside. Throw in a book to boot and it's perfect. A thunder storm would just be an added bonus. So basically, that's what I did today. I sort of wanted to work out--being that I work out every day. But for some reason I am really sore (from Sunday??...I don't think so..ahh) and awfully tired--well okay, rainy dark weather does make me sleepy. I overslept an hour today. So did Puppy! I woke him up, not the other way around, today! hah.

Rob's at Madarin buffet with his family tonight-cousins et al. I'm interested to learn what he feasted on when he comes home. :p It will certainly have been more interesting than what I've eaten today! toast and soup basically. lol.
I think his brother and/or cousins are also crashing here. I have a feeling I'll be up late tonight. :s
On the bright side, I got my first paycheque from May's work for that prof! wahoo!!!!
...I have to meet him tomorrow to get more files.
Anyway, that's the excitement for today, kids.
Stay tuned tomorrow for another exciting episode of, Archy Laura and her Daily Cup of Tea. Now excuse me while I go actually make another cup of tea and some more...toast...maybe cereal to spice things up...nah....toast...hmm.....so many choices :p
