You know, lately people have been trying to tell me what to say and what not to say in terms of er, something. You know? I don't really care! Let's just push that off the table and leave nothing on it but me.
I've spent the last 3 years in TO being friendly casual friends with people I don't really know because Toronto is so biiigg and there is rarely that enviro to just have one small group of mates. I go pubbing and hanging out and chatting up tons of people I barely know and I treat them all the same. I'll talk to them like I've known them for ages. It's my way. I don't like alienating people or making it akward just because some stupid "rule" says that you can't crack such mad jokes or such. Well, then again, I'm also heavily English-influenced so no offense but you should expect it. I'll boldly say things when you least expect them. Just be glad that i'm not from Ireland! ;)
I'm pretty much screwed with this research paper I'm writing due next week. I'm going to lock myself in my room for the weekend and finish it. I may just not do Hammy town this weekend after all since most of my hopeful plans fell through, and actually better ones arose for here. How about a hockey game, potential Picadilly Circus clubbing, movie with my mates, biome snowball fight and pubbin at O'Gradys sound. soo...When did I become popular?
I'll go next weekend...so if that is any better. Least my cousin will be around for then, I think...
Last night at 12:30 and 2am respectively, the fire alarm went off. I found it rather strange and amusing that we all burst out of our rez in our pajamas and flock into the boy's rez next door to wait...some of those boys were in for a suprise. And of COURSE one of them had a camera on his phone. grr.
So I had barely any sleep. Missed half my petrology lab/...oh well I'll make it up. I worked out for an hour downstairs in the exercise room instead.
Shitloads of class today, so I'm gonna head out now. Cheerio.
